At St Uny Academy we thrive to deliver high quality childcare and education within our local community. We currently take admissions from reception through to Year 6 children. We were fortunate enough to have been granted funding by the local authority to increase the capacity of our intake, enabling St Uny Academy to become a 1.5-form entry school, with capacity for 315 pupils.
We have also increased the capacity for the school intake raising the published admission number (PAN) from 30 to 45 with scheduled pupil growth through reception intake onwards.
The planned extension was completed in 2017 and has enabled the school to extend its offer of outstanding education to more pupils in the locality offering opportunities for both educational and personal development.
We help every pupil to find, develop and show their varied skills and talents, for the benefit of themselves and others through fulfilling our vision of ‘to be a positive, loving school where children are equipped to live well with Jesus Christ and with others’ All that we do is underpinned by our Christian vision and values of Forgiveness, Friendship and Respect.
A four-week consultation process to amend our funding agreement to the latest version and raise our capacity starts on Wednesday 22nd June 2022 and ends on Wednesday 20th July 2022. We invite you to request a phone call or meeting if you would like to discuss these proposed changes.
